his article analyses the ability of motivation programmes creation in cooperative society Lubonas Hlohovec based on a survey of motivation factors which have impact on the quality of work performance. On the basis of clusters creation with similar motivation and value oriented economic workers it is possible to propose unified motivation programmes for the chosen clusters of economic workers by using a multi-factor statistic analysis.
