Anotation:
This article is concerning the extent of corruption in member states of the European Union and the attitude from point of view of preventive and repressive measures. The space is given to anticorruption organisations and application of anticorruption measures in the European Union (Organisation OLAF and the Office of European ombudsman). Cooperation is realised on the basis of international agreements, which are ensured by organisations OECD, GREGO, FATF, and TI. There is also sketched the situation with corruption in the Czech Republic.
