Abilities Of Firms. (Outcomes of the 2nd Stage of Research Activities). This contribution presents the results of on-going research activities conducted by the Project Team made up of pedagogues and students from FaME in the section covered by marketing and sales, evaluated as decisive factors in the competitive abilities of enterprises in the II. Stage solution of the underpinning research task set by FaME, Zlín, on the topic: "Research into the Competitive Abilities of Czech Manufacturing Producers" over the period of 1999 - 2003. This stage summarises the period from 01.11.2000 - 31.10.2001.
