The contents of the following article are information about a liberalisation of the power electric industry. General conditions and principles accepted by the European Union framework are means for administration of a liberalisation process. Besides the principles applied in our economy, the main body is aimed at the approaches in Italy which author encountered during the stay at the Ingegneria Elettrica Industriale department of the university Politecnico di Torino.
