Anotation:

This contribution deals with the problems presented by Marketing and sales in relation to their definition and evaluation in terms of increasing the Competitive ability of firms in these domains. The starting point, framework and direction of the investigations are oriented by the formulation of hypotheses, which will be verified with the aim of their confirmation in practice in selected Czech industrial enterprises functioning in the turbulent and ever-changing eddies of the current market. The focal point of research interest is in the area of Foreign Commercial relationships, with an evaluation of the possibilities of strengthening the effectivity of Sales and Marketing activities in relation to the competitive abilities of the firms chosen for this study.
