The purpose of this article is to inform about a new form of education - Virtual University, base on the practical experiences. In the future, Virtual University may be the source of competitive advantage of Faculty of Management and Economics in Zlin. Virtual University represents untraditional kind of teaching, using the Internet technology and specific software system called ExecuTrain Virtual Classroom.
