The article deals with the strategical documents relating the accession of the CR into the EU. It also lies down the conditions about the pre-accession assistance via Phare II, ISPA and SAPARD. The documents refer firstly to the medium-term documents facilitating the harmonization of our law enforcement with the EU legislation in coherence with the sequentialy fulfilment of the obligations arising from the membership.
