Anotation:

Author deals with chosen changes of the Commercial code of the Czech Republic, that will take effect from 1st January 2001. He covers these questions as the basis of his own special discussions with the authors of the law and according to the knowledge of the amendatory act negotiations in Parlament of CR. The problematic spheres, that should be solved with the amendment are presented too. Author defines also changes of the national setup of the commercial code, that is more similar to the terminology used in real bussines environtment. The author is confirmed, that the novelette will remove nowadays troubles concerned with application of commercial law, and concludes that the most essential problem during introducing of this novelette into practice will be sufficiant information of enterprising subjects and the public. He himself tries to contribute to the information by this article.
